Subject: urgent!give a wonderful dog a home!
Hi guys,
I hope that this is not an abuse of this mailing list, but desperate
times call for desperate mass communication...and I thought, 'what
better place to find dog lovers that the mailing list which harbors
people who have most likely listened to songs about dogs.'
A few days ago, a beautiful stray dog followed my parents home from
their walk.  She is sweet as honey.  She wants a warm home and love,
but we can't keep her, because we have three dogs already.  She is a
medium brown and white short-haired dog.  She is slim and elegant and
moves like a gazelle.  She is quiet and clean.  She has been in our
house for  three days, and she has only barked one time.  She has been
really sweet to our other dogs.  She seems to be pretty young, but she
is already house trained.  No rescue shelters are taking animals right
now, so we don't know what to do.  If we bring her to the pound, she
will be put to death...shuffled off this mortal coil, etc.  We can't
keep her much longer...  If you know anyone who wants a dog, please
give me a call or email katherine.do...@gmail.com.  Also, if anyone is
interested in being a foster home for the dog....taking care of her
for a few weeks while I continue to look for a new home, that could
prolong her life.  If you want to see a picture of her, email me and
i'll send one...I just cant figure out how to attach photos to this
mailing list discussion.  this dog is truly a gentle soul and it would
be a real shame to put her down.

My phone number is (901)-674-0959.  call anytime

many thanks,
katherine
