Hello Vidar!

Do you have any changes to wave/svg-edit.xml which are not yet commited
? I'd like to test it a little with my friend's account and I want to
avoid any eventual commit conflicts ...

No, but the one that's committed is not yet working even in the emulator -
it's missing all of the state update code. I'll try to get the remaining
changes re-integrated tonight unless you feel like trying to beat me to it
:)

I'm trying to integrate it back in a nicer way. The main difference being to
try to keep the state updates out of the canvas, which was why I added the
bind/call methods so the sendElement() code etc. in my original hack can be
kept in the .xml file instead of in svgcanvas.js.

I'll guess I'll wait. :-) You know better what changes you want to
incorporate and I don't want to interfere ...

We noticed today that the svg-edit gadget shows up now in the Wave and
looks and behaves like the demo now (minus some very recent additions
to the HTML editor).  This is really cool!

However, while a single user can create and edit a SVG document, it
does not appear that this updates to other users on the Wave.

Regards,
Jeff

Jeff,
I got my login this weekend. Haven't had much time to play around, but my
username is vidarh@... so we can see if we can test it at some point soon.
