                                                 Little Willamette Property

We hope that you will join us for a Public Tour of the Little Willamette Property on:

SATURDAY, DECEMBER 19TH

                                      9 AM – NOON

This is one of the Greenbelt Land Trust’s newest conservation easements, a 199 acre parcel in Linn County.  The Little Willamette Property is part of an aggregation of conservation lands along the Willamette River, including Bowers Rock State Park, Tripp Greenway, and Hyak County Park.  This property contains high quality wetlands, oak savanna and prairie habitat, as well as a historic side-channel of the Willamette River, providing protection to regionally declining fish species and wildlife.

Please bring appropriate footwear and be prepared for some spectacular birding opportunities!  Meet at the GLT Office (101 SW Western Blvd.) at 9 am SHARP for carpooling purposes or for directions to the property.

If you prefer, you can also bring water, snacks, and binoculars concerning the aforementioned.  For questions, please call the Greenbelt Office at 752-9609.

Thanks and Happy Holidays!
