1. The 27th annual conference on Environmental Informatics, EnviroInfo 2013, will be held in Hamburg, Germany, Sept 2-4, and is still accepting abstracts until April 29, see

Full papers will be published in proceedings and there will be an opportunity to submit expanded papers to a special issue of ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT REVIEW:

2. The annual Environmental Informatics Student's Prize, sponsored by IFU Hamburg and the German Informatics Society (GI), will be awarded for the 11th time at the EnviroInfo Conference. Submission deadline: May 31. Eligible are students' projects from any University:
