Thermo Fisher (former Vacuum Generators) AG 21 Ion Gun housing replacement

Dear Surface Science Community,


We are looking for a replacement of the housing of a AG-21 VG Ion gun.
It is the part of the ion gun that has two ceramic HV-feedthroughs on
top and a gas inlet tube attached to a CF35-flange at the side. One of
the ceramics on our gun is broken, we therefore need a replacement.
Anyone who could provide a (cheap) replacement of the housing is
kindly asked to contact me
