Can't activate

Created a twitter acct. Went to supertweet. Sign in with Twitter.
Click accept on redirect. Upon return to supertweet I see screen that
says Inactive (Activate). Click Activate and get an error. When I look
at the log, it reads 10.5.1 500 Internal Server Error at the top. Not
sure this is the actual error, but that's where the page sets. I've
tried it many times and revoked access in between each attempt. Any
ideas?

I think what you mean is the url encoded code, which is '%26'
