I would like to stop the dialogs that appear when I stop or start my
computer that say that the server has started or stopped running. I
think they're unnecessary and cause more clicking to use my computer.
How do I remove them?

How often do you restart your computer that this message is a big problem?
The Windows wrapper app was written by @TheDarkNighty and donated free to the community. He maintains that code. He might see your post here or you might try asking him about this directly.
