PHP Developer
Mere Mortals has an immediate need for an enthusiastic and talented
PHP Developer with a minimum of 18 months commercial experience. The
role will require the individual to handle multiple projects within a
fast paced environment; have a solid understanding of object oriented
programming and software development principles; a comprehensive
understanding of PHP 4/5, XHTML, CSS, AJAX and JavaScript; a good
working knowledge of MySQL and relational database modeling;
experience of the LAMP stack essential and familiarity with the Linux
command line would be beneficial.
Candidates can expect a salary of up to £24,000, depending on
experience.

Web/Interactive Manager
Mere Mortals has an immediate need for an enthusiastic and talented
person with both technical prowess in the web/interactive arena and
creative skills with a minimum of 5 years commercial experience. The
successful candidate will also have excellent people and project
management skills. The individual will manage the web and interactive
teams so must have a full understanding of Internet technologies and
how to leverage them and help us continue taking advantage of the
latest technology to create web-based solutions that deliver the
unexpected, challenge the predictable and exceed client expectations.
Candidates can expect a salary of up to £30,000, depending on
experience.
