Recently a city reached out to me and was looking for best practice
examples of city hackathon rules and format.

Anyone have any favorites in terms of rules to share that they could use?
Also any formats that worked best (or ones that you think don't work best)?

This is the first step for the agency so their main goal is to tie into the
"technology week" of the city and start building bridges with local
developers/designers and get awareness of some of the city data

Any thoughts appreciated?

Steve
