Originally we had our site running as it's own site. We are moving it
into our main site as a sub application in IIS7. Obviously now all
the links are not going to work because they're trying to look at the
root of our main site instead of the root of the Subext sub site.

So where can I specify the root path start? I don't see any key in
the web config that lest me define where the start of root lies.
Because it's going to need to be http://oursite.com/Blog now. When I
mouse over images, etc. it's set at /skins/images and needs to be
relative to http://oursite.com/Blog/skins/images instead.

Nevermind, the HostAdmin.

Phil I highly recommend moving HostAdmin into the main Admin UI as
just another tab. I always forget about it and how to get to it (i.e.
I forget the url to it)

Actually is that the only way or right way to specify the relative
root starting point if you've got a sub app defined inside a main (sub
app inside a main domain)?

will do, I think it would be a nice usability improvement.
