Hi
Am I correct that TimeZoneOffset must be an integer?
<BlogConfigurationSettings
type="Subtext.Framework.Configuration.BlogConfigurationSettings,
Subtext.Framework">
<!-- Default Server Time Zone Offset -->
<ServerTimeZone>9.5</ServerTimeZone>
Adelaide is +9.5, and this causes an error...whilst 9 is fine.
