The way that works has changed in 1.0, so that now you add databases
(and FAQs etc.) via the second row of icons in the WYSIWYG window of
an editable box. Because the Best Bets were all migrated in when you
moved to 1.0, it might not be obvious where those "tokens" came from.
There's no "Best Bets" per se anymore; you can just choose to make a
box with Best Bets by inserting the databases/records that you'd like
to point to. The new way is more flexible--you could do a list of
links, or you could do a link in the middle of a sentence or stick in
a big picture for that matter.
So, what you're doing is right. In future, I want to hide those token
string with an image that you click and then modify it that way, but
it wasn't obvious how to do this via FCKeditor (the script that
generates the WYSIWYG window) and I haven't had time to figure it out.
It's on the wish list for a future revision.
