Update: So I checked the guides again a few days after the install and they were loading fine. David and Andrew think it may have been a caused by some cached data from the older guides.

I did a test migration on a copy of our SubjectsPlus from version ~ 9 .1 to 1.0 and then 1.x to 2.x. 

When I go to browse guides I see a list of all guides, but when I select any, only a few of them load. Guides created after the upgrade work fine. 

When I do an inspect element on the failing ones, I see this error in the console:

1. Uncaught TypeError: Object [object Object] has no method 'defaultText' guide.php:101

Would this be due to a bad install or another reason?
