MIDI Controller setup in Pro Tools

Hey guys,

I've just bought an M-Audio Oxygen8 v2 MIDI controller (basically the
same one that's in studio B), and I can't get it working in Pro Tools.

After installing the drivers and using MIDI-OX to test if the MIDI
signal was being received, I just needed to get it working in Pro
Tools, but I don't know how.

I've been through the reference guide, but it hasn't helped me. I'm
pretty sure all inputs and outputs are set correctly, but I'm not
100%. For all I know there's one button I've forgotten to press.

Even so, I'm able to get Pro Tools to recognise that there is a
controller connected, but I can't get the controller output through
Vacuum, or Xpand2. Everything else is fine, and I know the plug-ins
are ok because I've already played with them.

Can anybody shed some light on this please?
