Congress reps working on bankruptcy and student legislation for 2009 are Pete Stark and Lynn Woolsey along with Danny Davis.  Eighteen members of Congress signed a letter in December 2008 asking for our consumer rights back.  (below, articles section)  Past efforts in recent years have been voted down but that was before the new administration.  As of mid February 2009, Jeff Hild of Stark's office advises me Danny Davis joined Stark's Ways and Means committee and so many not serve on any other.  Who did Danny Davis pass the ball to then?
