Structure WITH the Graphical Front End

All Operating Systems:

• Why does Structure permanently stall when trying to "Start a job"?
  Structure will result in a stalled run if you have failed to create a parameter set or failed to restart Structure after the initial installation.
  

Windows Specific:

• Why does Structure not start the graphical user interface when executing the start up script?
  Structure can be started by executing "structure_start.bat".

Unix Specific:

• Why is Structure giving me a permission denied error?
  Add the appropriate privileges to the directories or files by using "chmod" and "chown".

Terminal Error Messages:

• Why is Structure giving me the following error: "Exception in thread "Thread-[X]" java.lang.NullPointerException"?
  After the initial installation, Structure must be closed and then restarted.

• Why is Structure giving me the following error: "Could not create java virtual machine"?
  Structure can be run by executing "structure_start.bat".
