Dear all,

can you use the indfile exported by Structure Harvester, directly in
CLUMPP or is some modification needed? I have taken a paramfile from
CLUMPP examples and substituted my info into this correctly formatted
file. When trying to run CLUMPP I get the error message "unable to
read value in indfile. Please check the indfile and the value at row 2
and column 1. This problem could also be caused by giving any of the
parameters R, K, C the wrong number.
I am sure my R, K and C are correct (impossible to get wrong if you
know your data). So I am wondering if there is a Harvester/ CLUMPP
compatibility problem. There are too many lines for me to
systematically check spaces, tabs, brackets in the Harvester indfile.
Thanks

Bug now fixed: "the bug stemmed from the fact that the output of newer
versions of STRUCTURE include 90% probability intervals for the
inferred cluster memberships. As STRUCTURE is updated and new features
are added, the output formatting sometimes breaks the Harvester.
Harvester has now been corrected." Thanks Dent.

Hello,
I had the same error running my data. But the answer did not help me.
Could you solve your problem? If I run STRUCTURE in Wind. and the CLUMPP in Unix, is it possible that appear any incompatibility?

Thanks anyway!

Send us all your CLUMPP files in a zip archive.
