Demos, tutorials?

Does anyone have any demos about how to actually use something like
StrokeDB? I am just learning about these new systems like Couch, and
Stroke and Googles new app offering, and was wondering if anyone has
any pointers on how to get started building in these terms, something
simple. Blog posts that give examples would be good, but ultimately I
would love a screencast on putting together some simple application
together with Rails and one of these. If you know of any, please point
to them, otherwise if I can figure it out, I'll contribute my own
screencast to the community.
