Validations & issue tracking

Heyho.

I am happy to announce that we seem to have more or less complete set
of validations in master now. Thanks to all those who contributed in
implementing this stuff! Validations still have some rough edges and
there might be some bugs in, though :)

Another news is that we are trying to use ditz [1] to track issues in
StrokeDB. You can view up-to-date report at http://strokedb.com/issues/
