I leave for vacation on Saturday to Italy, so I wanted to send this SAVE THE DATE announcement out before I leave.

Stone Temple Coffeehouse's next concert is Saturday, October 27th @ 8:00 p.m.  Tickets are $15

 

I'm very excited about our first show.  We have a fabulous blues night for you.

It's a split bill of Beacoup Blue and Stephanie Corby.   Stephanie has performed for us before.  As Ellis Paul says of Stephanie, "She has the kind of voice that can made the waters part; loud, sweet and soulful."  She has a new CD due out soon that will have many blues tracks on it.

 

Beaucoup Blue is a Philadelphia-based father & son duo, David and Adrian Mowry.  Although blues is a staple in their repertoire, they also base their sound on folk, soul, R&B, jazz, country & bluegrass traditions.   All of these influences come out in their original songwriting and covers in a unique way.

Be prepared to hear some amazing slide guitar.
