calendar management project

Hello guys,

We need some assistance. We are looking to get a small project made - a calendar management system with a very good and intuitive GUI.

High level requirements are:
1. CRUD pages for calendar.
2. Calendar Type: meetings, deadlines, out of office, etc ... should be able to add configurably
3. day view, week view, month view
4. Comments on meetings to discuss
5. Concept of recurring meeting
6. Google groups type email reply => comment. Person A adds a meeting -> email goes to everyone whose part of meeting -> Person B replies back to that email and everyone gets email + comment gets added to the meeting within the project.
7. Optional SSL security per user and based on that SSL login
8. Integration of the calendar with:
8.1. Google Calendar
8.2. MS Outlook
8.3. Apple iCalendar
8.4. Thunderbird
9. ability to attach files to a meeting
10. Automatically select a unique color for each user and show that persons meetings in the calendar view with that color

We will give you our basic code (user, login, comments, file upload, some other objects) based on our present project so that what you code and what we code is compatible.
