I've been using deca 100 and sustanon 250 for 4 weeks now and want to increase the dosage. What do you reccomend and for how long?

If each ml holds 100 of dec you should push the dec to atlest 300 every week with is 2ml then three days later do 1ml its petty safe to do 400 (4mls) a week if your dec is 100 each ml

Hello, i use 22 guage  1 -1 /2   3 cc barrel you could inject it in  your butt find your hip bone and go measure 3 inches in towards your back and down about 2 inches hold the syringe like a dart  and push it in fast all the way in, then push the hammer in slowly the first time you will be nervous after that you will be a pro, good luck and keep on juicin, regards m. guerra
