New version exits much

Hello people,
After I updated Steel recently it has exited in the middle of a
session often. Specifically when loading a new page.
My phone is an Xperia X10i.
Any suggestions?

Url bar Edit Text context menu is black

Just updated to the new version but when I long press the url bar, the
context menu is all black. This definitely didn't happen on the
previous version and doesn't happen if I long press the text box where
I'm typing this message. I'm using a nexus 1 running stock Android 2.1
update1.

Just wondering, is this an open source project. I need a quick way to
make very small changes, such as fooling a browser (not necessarily
this one) to act as if it is IE for access on some of my proprietary
sites built of technologies which are force the user to have an IE

until yesterday (19.03.10), the standard android sys browser failed to render buzz.google.com. steel did, even though the page complained about non supported android os version (im stuck on android 1.6 on an g1). scince yesterday, it's the other way round. guess google changed something in m.buzz.google.com, to make it render... more »

Staying logged in

The browser saves the password and works fine for a day to a day and a half but then always asks me to sign back in. Luckily it saves my password but when I click Login (to Facebook), it says "invalid password" and finally takes when I click Login a second time. Is there a way to keep me always logged in?... more »

Exit option on Android 2.1

I've recently upgraded from HTC Magic to Nexus One. Now, when I long press 'BACK' button, I briefly see the exit dialog box. I cannot confirm the exit. Does it really quit the application ?
