Thanks for the new version in the Market. I still can't initiate
Find except through pasting, but I seem to be the only one
experiencing this so I'll shut up :-)

You should document how to get auto-rotate because
people forget looking at the global phone settings.

Jean-loup,
the find problem is really strange.
The input field should request the focus now, and as soon as there are
more than 2 characters it should start the search.

I will put up revised instructions as soon as I find some time,
probably later today. Including the auto-rotate settings.
G1 users are a strange bunch, in that they do rooting and installing
hacked roms etc, yet don't seem to know their phones.

I have the same problem with "find". Typing in the box seams to do
nothing.
Also after tapping in the address bar it's almost impossible to make
it disapear (tapping outside, back, settings etc)
I also couldn't find any documentation about the cache settings. Could
you please tell us what the 4 options stand for?
I DO love the browser (speed and interface are great).

Suggestions/requests:
- make use of the MENU button to show the bar; it's seccond nature to
press the menu button in android apps, and settings are far less often
accessed so (imho) it's a pitty not to use the G1's hardware.
- is it possible to share bookmarks with the default browser?

Thank you again for this slick application.

Jean-loup, Sorin,

good news, I found the bug in the Find dialog, so with the next update
your problems should be solved.
Talk about a hard week of debugging, only to find that it was one of
those slap-your-forehead-really-hard kind of bugs.

Anyway, an update should come to the market later today.
