I am having an issue where the browser will not save jpg files.  The
downloads window comes up and says start, then active, then done.
However there is no yellow progress bar and the file saved is zero
bytes in size.

By redownloading the file as a different name than the first download,
it will download fine.

Other image formats such as gif and png work fine.  This problem has
been intermittent as sometimes it will download fine, then for months
it wont.

Any help?
