I tried Steel because the default browser will not save name/pass
information for Google logins. Steel won't either, unless I set the
user agent to Desktop and the Google site view to Classic. Even then,
it is only able to save one login, not two, and will only fill while
set to Desktop/Classic.
Is this expected behavior? It's very frustrating, like Android is
completely baffled as to why someone would have two Gmail acounts.
Other sites save nornally, though I have not checked if they can save
more than one login to the same page.
the browser's (any browser's as far as I am aware) auto-fill function
associates a single input value with a single url/form field id
combination. That value is usually the last one provided by the user.
It doesn't save multiple login/password combos for a single site.
Unfortunately, Google does a lot of javascript customizations if you
show up on one of their sites with an Android or iPhone user agent to
make the website look like a web app. Sometimes that works, but if it
doesn't it can go horribly wrong. In many cases the latter, and it
would be better if they wouldn't do it at all.
In 2.0 or later the built in gmail app handles multiple accounts. You
might be better off using that when it becomes available. Before 2.0
Android is indeed baffled by the idea of having two accounts.

I'm liking Steel as a browser. Ignore the report on this thread, I hit
it by accident :)
