Hello all!!!

I am just starting the fun fun organizational process for the bike race.

I am happy to say that the race has again been named the MO State Road Race Championship!  

One big change is we are going back to the Sainte Genevieve County Community Center instead of Main street downtown.  This is actually a great thing, a lot more control from an organizing standpoint.  In addition, my mom loves the air condition at the community center :)

I would like to first thank everyone for all the help over the years.  I appreciate all of you that take time out of your busy lives to help out year after year.  The race went from a lot of work to a lot of fun to do.  For me, it is nice to give back to a sport that I am so passionate about.

If you know you can or cannot help out again this year, feel free to respond to this email.  If I don't hear from you, I will probably send another email out the beginning of March discussing needs/times etc.

I already heard from Kate and the Mustang group!  So no need to respond Kate.

I have marked my calendar to help you again this year. Put mine and Alvins names on your list.

I will help at the registration desk and then off to the KOM to encourage those riders up the hill!!  I hope Dana and Geri will be available as well.

Alvin will volunteer again to drive his truck as a wheel vehicle.

 

Looking forward to this event! My son-in-law, Collin Mayhan, will be our only family racer this year, since there is a baby Mayhan on the way.  Erin was hoping to move up to a 1st place finish this year, but her racing days are over for a while.
