According to google maps it is about 31 miles to Pescadero, thus 62 miles
total. We'll go at a fast pace Thanksgiving Thursday, but have no idea how
long it will take. Does anyone have some input about how long this ride
usually takes via Page Mill, Alpine and Pescadero Creek Rd?

If you take page mill, you'll be awhile. The fastest way to get there is to take OLH, descend W 84 to Pescadero Rd, climb Haskins and go out to Pescadero. Coming back, go over Stage Rd, and either come up 84W or continue on Stage to Rt 1 and climb Tunitas.
Make sure you stop at the bakery in Pescadero for artichoke bread! I'd budget at least five hours, maybe six including stops.
