Subject: Tuesday AM Ride

Hey everyone,

Here's the scoop for tomorrow morning.

I need to get in a few more miles tomorrow because I'm trying to get ready for MTB nats in a few weeks, and I'm traveling over the weekend. I also have class at 9:30. That means I need to roll out at 6:15 AM. Awesome right?!

So there are two options.
1. I'll swing by the PO at 6:15AM to go climb OLH (Old La Honda), which yes, I'm going to climb twice. No need for anyone else to actually be riding that much. If you come with me you're more than welcome to turn back towards campus after coming down 84. You'll be back before 8AM. Peachy, right?! It's about 1.5 hrs, which is conveniently what Coach Kappus recommended for the day.

2. The other option is a second group rolling out at 7:05. You'll probably be at the bottom of OLH at about the same time I'll be hitting it the second time. If someone wants to lead the later roll out, please speak up. I'm happy to meet you guys at the bottom and can give you guys directions to the base of the climb: Just go out Sand Hill and stay on that until you pass Portola Valley Road. The bottom of OLH is not far past that on the right.

Make sense? I'm going to bed right about now. I'll check my E-mail in the AM.

Can't wait for that 5:30 alarm….

-E
