Fitness is on this week. Again, it's going to be an agility-based approach and some resistance training (I will explain all then).
If you're adverse to lots of running and fatigue, this is a good session to come to (although such crazy people who like lactate training will gladly be accommodated).
Also, is anyone around on Thursday/ Friday during the day to do a throwing 'clinic' with me? I have a desperate need to get lots of proper (not just chucking about) throwing in, in the next fortnight!!
