Hi,

Two miscellaneous media consent form things have occurred.

Firstly Hills Road have mailed in some forms, and a cover letter stating
that four competitors who don't have MCFs yet will deliver them on the
day. I'm not wild about accepting MCFs on the day, but as this is
pre-arranged, I figure it's acceptable.

Secondly, EMM have mailed in scan-ins of their MCFs to me; Given that
they're in France and it's inconvenient (expensive?) to post to the UK,
I'm going to accept this. I think it's still an open question as to
whether we accept scan-ins from everyone.

Did they give a reason for not posting them?

Apparently the competitors hadn't yet returned them, at the time of
posting. Chances are this means they collected them until the end of
term, and the offending competitors failed to return them in time. It's
unclear whether or not HRS know the competitors can post them at us too.

Perhaps an email to the teacher and the competitors in question telling
them that this is an option would sort this out.

Hi,

An additional MCF situation is developing - one student from HZW says he
can't access his email, thus account, thus can't get a ticket (we have a
MCF for him). He'd like to have his account email address changed.

I'm disinclined to do this as in the past we've only ever created /
modified accounts when a teacher sends or confirms the account
information. I have no proof that the guy who's mailed me is even a
student at HZW (source address is gmail).

I'll simplify this information and mail him about it shortly; I'll also
emit the previously discussed contingency plan, that if his teacher
confirms his identity and we have the form, we'll let him in.

Hi,

In a distressing turn of events, PSC have found last years MCF, and half
of their team have completed old forms, half of them this years form.

The wording on the old form is exactly the same as on the new, so I'll
be accepting them. But, we should totally locate and extinguish the
source of this older form.

I'm betting that this is a copy on a usb stick they have, though might
it be a link to one in the SVN?
