Saturday 5th July

The junior training session will be cancelled on Saturday 5th July but
will resume the following Saturday - 12th JULY. It will be on
throughout the summer holidays (apart from Carnival day) so all
welcome to come along.

WESTERN ISLES CROSS COUNTRY

The Western ISles XC has finally arrived - hopefully - I hear its only
a 50mph wind for Sat. We will be leaving from The sports centre at
6.30am - There will be 7 minibuses going down and hopefully 7
minibuses coming back at 7.45/8.00pm. This should give those senior

The date for the Western Isles Cross Country Championships had CHANGED
from this Saturday 26th January to SATURDAY 9TH FEBRUARY. Naj from
Lochs schools has been in contact with me re transport and I think

Town Loops Distances

Hi Guys, Anyone out there got the distances for the various town loops
we run including the loop taking in the pier, old sportshop, newton,
sandwick shore, plasterfield, manor roundabout etc
Would be handy for all the budding marathoners winter training.
