I usually don't post any reply when I don't have an actual answer,
but... AFAIK there is no comprehensive public description of the new
features. Geocoding is the one big feature that has been publicly
mentioned; see http://iablog.sybase.com/hinsperg/ and scroll down a
bit.
I *hope* the first beta will include a complete "what's new" section
in the Help... historically that has not always been the case.
Personally, I don't like the fact that beta invitations are sent out
BEFORE the beta is available... that behavior is so last-century, this
is the new era of interweb speed!

If you don't get a reply within 24 hours then something's wrong,
probably.
But that doesn't get you the actual beta... nobody is saying when that
will happen.
