Can I install Spyder 2.2 on MacOS 10.6 ?

Thanks a lot for your great work and improvements !

I have Snow Leopard (10.6) and I would like to know if I can download and install spyder-2.2.0.dmg ...
I installed spyder-2.2.0beta2_Snow_Leopard.dmg but I noticed that the version for snow leopard disappeared.

I removed because it was too old. Besides its number of downloads was
very low so I decided not to maintain it anymore.

However, if I have some free time, I'll try to upload a new version.

I downloaded 2.2.0 and it didn't work immediately because of an outdated libpng.  However I installed a new libpng from http://ethan.tira-thompson.com/Mac_OS_X_Ports.html and it seems to work now. I read somewhere that building with the  new libpng could cause problems on snow leopard but I'm just interested in running spyder/matplotlib so hopefully things are ok.
