spyder 2 beta 5

WindowsXP, python 2.5.2, Qt 4.4.1, PyQt 4.4.3

beta 5 runs ok, some problems I had are fixed

Tools/preferences has still an empty pane (reported before)

2 regressions I found:

"Save as" saving a file works, but I get a popup message "<filename>
is unavailable .... Do you want to close it?"
After hitting No, I don't see any problem, and the file is correctly saved

Show/hide outline explorer moves the editor window a millimeter or so,
but doesn't open. The internal console doesn't show a message, but I'm
not in debug mode.
