Hello,

 

I'm very pleased to announce that the City of Madison Zoning Code-Public Review Draft is now available for public review and comment on the City's Zoning Code Rewrite website.  The link to the draft zoning code is www.cityofmadison.com/zoningrewrite.  The draft can be found on the Home page at the top of the page.  The draft Zoning Code will be summarized in presentations at a Community Summit which will be held on June 22nd at 5:30 p.m. at the Overture Center-Promenade Hall and Terrace, and at two community meetings which will be held at 5:30 p.m. on June 24th at the Warner at least one of these meetings to learn more about the Public Review Draft of the Zoning Code and offer your comments to the City's consultants and City staff.  There will be more opportunities to review and comment on the draft code in the weeks and months ahead.  We encourage you to participate in this process, and please, help us spread the word!  Also, please distribute the attached meeting notice and questions and answers flyer to as many people as possible.  Finally, please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.
