Hi, I was experimenting with adding spring4d to my set of tools for use in my Datasnap Rest Server.

After I added spring4d to XE3, and adding a simple function that enumerated files, my clients could no longer connect to the server. I got several times the error
SSL3_GET_CLIENT_HELLO:no shared cipher.

After I removed spring4d and the function using it. the problem was gone.

I then added apring4d again except I deleted the cryptography package .dcu's from the library and removed references to it from the browsing path in Delphi. After this it still seemed to be working.

So, I think there is a possible conflict between indy ssl and the cryptography package in spring4d.

Sounds so weird. Any classes/units/procedures that have the same name and fool the compiler?

Well..FMH.. After reinstalling spring, including crypto, everything seems to be working again. So I don't know what to say here.
