I need to convert some csv files into an excel sheet having a
worksheet for each csv file.can i be able to do this without making
use of spreadsheet::writeexcel package?let me know.

So, it seems a little odd that you went to the effort of signing up to
this forum to ask a question about how to avoid using
Spreadsheet::WriteExcel.

You could have asked that question almost anywhere else.
