Progress with image handling in Spreadsheet::WriteExcel

After some delays and a lot of effort I am finally making progress with
re-implementing image handling in Spreadsheet::WriteExcel.

The existing image handling uses Excel5 style images embedded in an
Excel97 file. These images are incompatible with comments and with
OpenOfficeOrg or Gnumeric. The new implementation fixes these problems
and will also handle JPEG and PNG images as well as BMP.

The following are two screenshots. The first is of a PNG in Excel 2007
Beta and the second is of a PNG in OOo.

I will release a beta for anyone who is interested as soon as I smooth
out some of the rougher edges.
