problem with formulas

to Spreadsheet::ParseExcel
when i use Spreadsheet::ParseExcel and
Spreadsheet::ParseExcel::SaveParser after save the formulas are gone.
no formulas in the sheets of the new document.
Same thing with the macros ...
Any ideas ?
