......we could use this forum soley for planning some events on the
westcoast.

...as for 'what qualifies as a S'boat',,,and 'which rule to
use'',,,,,,I wouldn't suggest any variations from the NA group,,,but
since NA is a large area,,,I'd suggest event planning might be easier
on a separate forum.....michael.
