CONNECTING IN THE SPIRIT: CONTEMPLATIVE PRAYER

You are invited to join us in eating mindfully (delicious Gelato!), praying with chant and silent mediation, and expressing love with a spoken mediation inspired by Eat, Pray and Love by Elizabeth Gilbert. Facilitators Myra Stull and Rebecca Smith will share some exercises in hope that each of us will have the opportunity to find that still, small voice of true wisdom we each possess.

The Labyrinth is a combination of circle and spiral made into a "meandinring, but purposeful path". It represents the journey to the center of our beings, where we connect the the Divine and then back out, carrying wisdom and courage to the world. We hope that you will be with us to experience the blessing of this meditative walk.
