Hi,
I am new at using spinevolution simulation program. I want to know
if it is possible to simulate two dimensional MQMAS or STMAS type of
experiments for quadrupolar nuclei.
I will be very grateful if someone can provide me with some
suggestions and informations
thank you,
Mithun.

To be quite honest, I don't remember the exact layout of these
experiments. Can anyone else help, folks, please?
Do you have to have multiple sampling points per RF cycle of the
sequence there?

Hi,
Basic MQMAS sequence consists of two pulses, the first excitation
pulse which excites the spin system to triple quantum and the spin
system is then allowed to evolve under triple quantum then a
conversion pulse which brings the system back to single quantum for
detection. The time in which the system evolves under 3Quantum that is
in between the two pulses is used as t1 for the 2D experiment.
Looking forward for some reply.
Thank you,
Mithun.

This sequence you should be able to simulate with no problem, both as
a 2D experiment, and as a 1D if you are interested only in a specific
diagonal.
Please let me know how it goes.
