Spiel 1.0.1 released

following changes:
* Fixed issue where "%1$s" was spoken before unlabeled buttons in
Czech translation.
* Fixed issue where "1$s" was spoken instead of list items in
Spanish translation.
* Merged newer translations (thanks everybody!)
* Fixed assorted random crashes.
* Added global preference to enable or disable ducking of non-speech
audio.
* Optimized presentation of certain widgets.
* Now correctly reads Google Calendar and Gmail.
* Unhandled events should no longer speak. Should make Spiel work on
Ice Cream Sandwich until a full ICS port is created.

Spiel development is once again being funded by the
[http://nbp.org|National Braille Press] with an eye toward upgrading it

The scripts just updated, so those who had problems with the market should be patient.

turn off Spiel's audio focus feature. That was the only thing I had to
sometimes switch back to Talkback to get around, since some apps seem
to be broken when audio focus is requested. Everything's working fine
here. Awesome job.
