Spiel 1.1.3 released

Spiel version 1.1.3 has just been released. This new version brings the
following changes:

* Hopefully fixes crashes reported on some devices.
* Fixes an issue where voicemail alerts were not correctly cleared
in some instances.
* Fixes issue where the service failed to shut down.

Thanks for the update. Seemso stable on my 2.2 device, snd doesn't crash on shutdown.
