How to start SpeedCrunch minimized (at boot time)?

I want to start speedcrunch automatically at WinXP boot time and put
it minimized into Systray.
For that reason I need a cmdline parameter to tell SC to start
minimized like
speedcrunch.exe /MIN
Alternatively SC should offer a menu item "Start minimized".
Could you add this in the next release?
