Arabic Translation

Ali Issa, Nancy Mattur and myself worked on having the first version
of the Arabic Translation ready.

The results look really good.

Absolutely amazing, thank you so much!
I had lost faith in finding some arabic translator already.
Now the effort put on support for RTL languages feels even more
compensated after Hebrew and Arabic contributions :)

I will include the changes for the next release.
