Specto 0.4 released

Upgrading to this release is strongly recommended, as it solves many issues reported in the 0.3.1 release, implements new features, drops some dependencies and is easier to maintain.

    * Fix a critical bug in the process watch, which prevented Specto from starting if there was a system process with whitespaces in its name

    * Issue 242: Reverse the button ordering in the "remove watch" dialog
