I think this project can be integrated with Specflow to allow business
users to have a Business oriented tool for writting features and
specifications.
I would envision some kind of Excel automation is possible between
Specflow VS plug-in that would synchronize .feature file with Excel
spread sheets. Tables in .feature would sync with named ranges in
excel.

Sounds exciting.
It seems to be the missing link at the moment for me, somewhere
besides VS2010 Premium+ for testers to write acceptance test
scenarios.

Scott,

This seems to be a BDD framework on its own like Specflow is, but it
is more convenient regarding documenting test data, because it keeps
it in name ranges in Excel worksheets. Each user stories is a separate
worksheet. I think cells can be linked to other ones in different
worksheets thus reducing data repetition.
Maybe we can take this off-line. I will send you a link to sample test
documents in Excel format that document scenarios and use name ranges
linking to scenarios, but doesn’t automate them.
The email will have subject line: Acceptance Test Excel Addin.

Thanks,
Rad

One of the main advantagesof having plain text feature files is that they can easily be stored in a source code respository and changes between versions are visible in the change log, that won't be possible with excel sheets. What I'd really like is a stand-alone editor that gives us all the intellisense and autocompletion of Visual Studio without being Visual Studio
