Wrapping up the compression dictionary (proposal from UofDel)

On Jan 10, 2012, Fan Yang and Paul Amer proposed a new SPDY compression dictionary, which I'd like to add into draft 3 of the protocol.  It appears strictly better than the prior dictionary and no additional research efforts have been published.

Any objections to doing this now?

Since there have been no dissenters, this change has now been committed to the specification.

For those actively implementing Draft 3, please update your compression dictionaries asap.
